Episode 10

Today, Eric introduces a new book into the show, along with a new segment.

Adding another opportunity to impart the fine art of conversation, The Conversationalists use entries from a 1970's dating etiquette book ("The Handbook of Dating & Other Ettiquette" by Sandi Cushman) to facilitate interesting discussions for our listeners. Seeking humor, Eric instead finds Mike's ire.

The question of the day:

If you could recover one thing you've lost in your lifetime, what would you wish to find?

Mike reaches back to his childhood for a universal object, the blankie.

Eric reaches back less far, to a memento from his professional life that serves as a hilarious reminder of what a fickle phony mistress lady Hollywood can be.

In improv 1, a young child and his dad switch roles as one reaches manhood and the other regresses into an insecure childlike state.

In improv 2, a high school lad discovers that his new best friend may not be all that newy or besty after all, with deliciously humiliating results.
